 The most beautiful thing about art is that it can mean something different to everyone. Art is so personal and so general all at the same time. Any piece of art can speak to any one person and make each person feel something different.
 
  Art for me is freedom. Art for me is passion. Art comes from the soul. Art is the way a soul reveals itself. Art should evoke an emotion. Art should make an observer of the piece love it or hate it. Make the observer happy or sad, full or empty, curious or joyous.
 
  When I paint, I start out by saying a prayer or a mantra and then I let whatever feeling comes over me to guide me in my painting. I listen to my heart and soul, the raw of my being.
 
  I hope my work as a painter stirs something for you.
